Account Coordinator:

BHW1 Advertising is seeking to fill the position of Account Coordinator that works directly with an assigned Account Manager to provide day-to-day detail, coordination and insight for all internal and external projects relating to clients. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, is a self-starter who is motivated to stay on top of research data, competitive analyses, and industry articles/information pertaining to clients’ business categories. They thrive on detail, to-do lists, and multitasking. They have the ability to quickly develop an understanding of a client’s company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan. They are highly organized, an excellent communicator and will maintain a positive and collaborative attitude even when under the pressure of deadlines. Knowledge of, or experience in, the tribal gaming industry is a bonus.

Hours

Full-time position, Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Summer Hours (the week after Memorial Day until Labor Day Weekend), Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m.–12 p.m.

Position reports directly to assigned Account Manager/Supervisor

Agency Culture

The BHW1 culture is focused on teamwork, collaboration, excellence and fun all functioning together to provide our clients with outstanding products and services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a comprehensive daily job/task list.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and distribute them to attendees with appropriate action items and deadlines then follow up to ensure tasks are completed by appropriate staff.
  • Coordinate a supervisor’s work schedule including; phone calls, emails, internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate the information flow between Accounts, Creative, Media and Accounting.
  • Attend to the needs of clients; continually identifying ways to add value to the client-agency relationship.
  • Provide delectable potluck specialties at agency brunches.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • BA in Advertising, Marketing or Business with an Advertising emphasis.
  • Minimum 1-3 years Advertising Agency experience.
  • Competency on Apple computers.
  • Excellent grasp of software including: Microsoft office suite (with special emphasis on Excel), Google docs, PowerPoint, Function Fox.

Work Flow Specialist:

BHW1 Advertising is seeking to fill the position of Work Flow Specialist that works directly with the account services team and Production Manager to create and manage the paper trail for all client projects at the agency. The ideal candidate is a highly-motivated self-starter who thrives on detail and organization. They can manage paper trails for hundreds of projects at once and get information from co-workers efficiently in a way that strengthens relationships. Co-workers’ normal strengths and weaknesses will not frustrate this person, instead they will adapt, finding positive ways to get needed information. They are a problem-solver, always finding solutions to issues that arise, even on tight deadlines.

Hours

Agency Culture

Responsibilities include:

  • Draft, route, and manage all aspects of the agency/client paper trail including: creative and media starts, purchase orders, creative briefs, project estimates etc.
  • Maintain a master client status spreadsheet of all current and future jobs.• Meet with Account Services, Media, and Creative following client meetings to get all information in the system.
  • Work with Accounting to make sure all billing files are populated with the appropriate paper trail on time each month.
  • Fill in on occasion where needed throughout the agency.
  • Provide delectable potluck specialties at agency brunches.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • BA in Advertising, Marketing or Business with an Advertising emphasis.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years Advertising Agency experience.
  • Excellent grasp of software including: Microsoft office suite (with special emphasis on Excel), Google docs, PowerPoint, Function Fox• Competency on Apple computers.
